To say that this shoot started a little rocky would be a bit of an understatement! This little sweetie had missed her nap, so photos were the last thing she wanted to do. She wouldn’t even look at me for about the first 30 minutes. Luckily, I have a toddler…..I don’t break easily. And by the last 10 minutes of her shoot, she really warmed up to me! ;)
This little dude didn’t want to miss a minute of his photo shoot….so even at only 7 days old, he was awake the whole time. He tolerated being stuffed into a basket and having to wear woodland creature hats though….so I’d say he’s a keeper.
It doesn’t get much cuter than this little dude’s 1 year photo shoot. Airplane themed smash cake….pilot outfit…little ham for a subject. I mean, come on. Allllll the heart eyes for this session!
One of my all time favorite families, in one of my new favorite spots to shoot!
With all the lovely weather we’ve had this fall, this day was definitely not ideal….chilly temps and super windy. These guys were troopers though, and it was so fun to get to photograph these adorable little girls! In about 14 years Eddie is gonna have his work cut out for him. ;)
It’s been a whirlwind of shoots lately, and I’m finally now getting the chance to edit some of the past couple months sessions for the web. This was a such a sweet session with an adorable family that is about to grow by two more precious babies. Although you’d never guess it by looking at Holly, they’ll be welcoming twin boys next month!
This has to be one of my favorite grad sessions to date! This sweet girl is set to graduate nursing school in a few weeks, and let me tell ya….anyone to get her as their nurse, they’ll be really lucky! Seriously one of the nicest people I’ve met and not to mention, so stinkin’ pretty.
It’s been such a crazy busy fall, and I’ve been so lucky to have the sweetest clients to work with. This family was no exception. Plus, I don’t think families can come much cuter.
As this pair had planned just a small civil ceremony in Phoenix, when they were up here elk hunting, they wanted to do an “engagement” type shoot. Any couple that can go hunting together and still decide to get married….I’m impressed. :) These two were such a blast to work with and I couldn’t be happier for them!
After our first attempt getting completely rained out, mother nature totally redeemed herself with the light on the second attempt. This adorable family + set at the base of Granite Mountain + that light = perfection. As Alex and Mark didn’t get engagement photos or bridal portraits done, we had to sneak in a few of just the two of them too.
