One of my clients wanted to gift her best friend a maternity session….and as they both were pregnant, they wanted to do some fun friend photos as well. This session was both hilarious and nerve racking…..this sweet gal had her baby two days after these photos were taken. 😳 I purposely didn’t make her walk far….at all.

It was only appropriate that my first bigger shoot after having my little guy was a maternity shoot. Since it being only 7 weeks since I was there myself, I definitely have a new appreciation for the beauty of growing a sweet babe. These two were so fun to work with, and their excitement for their little one was so evident. She’ll be making her debut in less than 2 months and I can’t wait to meet her!

Wrapped up 2016 with this lovely little maternity session. This sweet couple is actually expecting their little girl the same week I’m due. :) It was definitely fun to swap stories and compare notes. It will be fun to see who’s little gomper gets here first!

Heat of the summer sessions are rough….especially on a client that’s 3 weeks away from her due date. We made it work though with an early morning session to get ahead of the heat, and I’m absolutely loving the lighting it produced. Can’t wait for this sweet growing family to welcome their new bundle of joy!
