This was my last wedding of the season, and man was it a pretty one to end on. The trees at Windmill House were at peak color change! The 40 degree temps were maybe a little chilly….but it was totally worth taking two days to warm up. 😂

The most perfect Colorado farm wedding from this summer. Set at the bride’s father’s farm, located just outside of the front range, the location was more perfect than most professional venues I’ve been to. From the beautiful barn, to the gorgeous flowers, to the cutest couple….every detail of the day was perfect.
After a crazy busy fall wedding season, I’m just now finding the time to post some of these shoots to the web….so I’ll apologize now for the sudden onslaught. This wedding in particular is by far one of my favorites….granted taking place in beautiful Orange, CA and having my toddler in the wedding automatically will put it towards the top of my list, but I also adore this couple. Their day was so dang beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier for these two. Oliver still talks about dancing the night away with “Em-b-ily”. :)
This wedding was everything an early summer wedding should be…..light, airy, and absolutely stunning. Not to mention the bride and groom are some of my absolute favorites. It made for such a fun wedding to photograph!
The spring/early summer wedding season has kept me insanely busy this year, and it’s reflected in my lack of posting. Now that I have a little breathing time, hopefully I can catch up a bit…..starting with this gem of a simple backyard wedding. Simple and sweet….just the way I like it.
